DOES THE MULTIPLE SHIPPING FEATURE WORK WITH MY CURRENT FULFILLMENT PROCESS?

Absolutely, Giftship was engineered to integrate with your current fulfillment process. There is no change to how you fulfill orders.

I USE A 3RD PARTY SHIPPING APP, WILL THAT WORK WITH GIFTSHIP?

Yes. Apps like Ship Station, Shipping Easy, and Shippo, work perfectly with Giftship with no change to your current order fulfillment process.
 

WHAT IF MY CUSTOMERS ARE ONLY SHIPPING TO ONE ADDRESS?

If only shipping to one address, the checkout process on your website does not change. If shipping to multiple address, the "Ship to Multiple Address" toggle button will trigger Multiship's multiple shipping address checkout.

CAN I TRY IT BEFORE I BUY?

Yes. We offer a 7-day free trial for the app, and you can uninstall anytime during the trial at no charge.

2. When shipping to multiple addresses the "Discount code" function does not work. It works with single orders but not multi ship orders. 

Since the multiple shipping address process requires us to calculate multiple tax rates and shipping rates for a single checkout, we have to build the checkout via Shopify's API. The checkout that gets created does not support discount codes, however, we have rebuilt the discount code functionality, which gets inserted above the checkout button during the ship to multiple address process. This has to be enabled in Giftships settings:

CAN YOU SET A LEAD TIME FOR THE DELIVERY DATE PICKER?

Yes. The delivery date picker can be completely customized. You can set lead times, daily cut-off times, block off dates on a weekly basis or individually, and much more.

HOW DO THE PERSONALIZED MESSAGES APPEAR IN THE BACK-END?

Messages and delivery date selections get passed through as line-item properties in the order summary.Get in Touch if you would like more information on styling.

CAN YOU SET UPSELLS TO APPEAR FOR ONLY SPECIFIC PRODUCTS?

Yes. Both the One-Click Upsell and Multi-Product Upsell can turned on for specific orders. This can be controlled in your Giftship dashboard.

WHAT IF I ONLY WANT TO USE A COUPLE OF GIFTSHIP'S FEATURES?

Each of Giftship's features can be turned on/ off depending on whether you need them. This is controlled through your Giftship dashboard.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL?

Installation is automatic. Simply install the app, configure it in your Giftship dashboard, and you're live.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE LOOK OF GIFTSHIP TO FIT IN WITH THE STYLE OF MY SITE?

Yes. The Giftship dashboard has innumerable customization options, from colors to language. Get in Touch if you would like more information on styling.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There are 3 different pricing levels, depending on the amount of features you need for your store. During installation, you can choose your plan level.

IS GIFTSHIP COMPATIBLE WITH A 'DRAWER' CART?

while customizations can be made to your theme to get Giftship's functions to work well with any cart variety, we recommend that you use a full-page cart. It is a cleaner way of displaying Giftship's functions. You can your cart style by going to Online Store --> Theme --> Customize --> Settings --> Cart --> Change to Page.
